Nella pentola ho messo circa 250 grammi di funghi tagliati a lamelle, 3 grosse cipolle, 1 carota e 1 patata tagliate a fiammero. Quindi ho aggiunto acqua, sale e dado granulare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ho fatto bollire fin quando le cipolle hanno assunto un colore bianco trasparente. A questo punto con un frullino a immersione ho frullato tutto ed ho aggiunto un bicchiere di latte. Ho fatto bollire ancora un po' ed ho aggiunto due cucchiai di passata di pomodoro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Il passo successivo, questa sera quando torno a casa, sarà quello di portare di nuovo a bollore, aggiungere il parmigiano e del fontal grattugiato... un po' d'olio a crudo e per accompagnamento dei crostini di pane abbrustolito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Domani aggiungo le foto e vi do il responso... ma già so che sarà ottima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;La zuppa è ottima... anzi lo era visto che ormai è finita. Io ho comprato due stampini da 6 ed ho fatto tre infornate. La parte più complicata sta nelle varie infornate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Il problema è che le madeleines sono più facili estrarre dallo stampino se si freddano un po' senza contare che prima di metterne &lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/SYiUYLmawwI/AAAAAAAADlc/z8A-_0E46W8/s1600-h/DSCN6926.JPG"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;altre in forno è necessario lavare, asciugare, imburrare e infarinare gli stampini... insomma domani ne compro altri due, così la prossima volta riesco a semplificarmi il lavoro e accelerare i tempi. Si sbatte un uovo, si aggiunge la farina (1 cucchiaio), sale e pepe. A questo punto si aggiungono le foglie di borragine precedentemente sminuzzate, si mischia bene tutto e si getta a cucchiaiate nell'olio bollente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Si fanno ovviamente scolare e si servono subito.... io ho fatto così e visto che le ho servite subito sono state mangiate all'istante e non ho fatto in tempo di fotografarle....  la foto si riferisce alla mia seconda esperienza con le frittelle di borragine. Le foglie questa volta provengono da Ripa Maiala.... Ne avrei potute raccogliere di più, ma erano in una foresta di ortica e così mi sono dovuta accontentare. L'idea allora è quella di fare un bel riso basmati (veloce da cuocere) da condire con le zucchine. &lt;strong&gt;OK perfetto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Prendo 2 zucchine e 1 carota e le trito a fiammifero sottile. Le butto in una padella dove avevo fatto soffriggere un po' di cipolla e un po' di dado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Aggiungo un po' d'acqua, metto un coperchio e faccio altre cose in casa. Ad un certo punto... &lt;strong&gt;OH NO!!!!!! &lt;/strong&gt;mi ricordo delle zucchine... avevano cotto troppo e si erano ritirate. Come rimediare? Prendo l'altra zucchina e questa volta la taglio a pezzetti piccoli (avevo già lavato la grattugia!!!!) e ricominicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Questa volta però tengo d'occhio le zucchine... la cottura era quasi perfetta, mancavano ancora 5 minuti... allora ne approfitto per fare una doccia, ma al mio ritorno in cucina &lt;strong&gt;OH NO!!!!!! &lt;/strong&gt;capisco che qualcosa era andato storto... &lt;strong&gt;DI NUOVO!!!!! &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Avevo due diverse poltiglie orrende di zucchine, il frigo vuoto... e un ospite in arrivo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/Sf3VyN8nMnI/AAAAAAAADsM/hZvLcLcyRjM/s1600-h/DSCN7101.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5331652592590598770" style="FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/Sf3VyN8nMnI/AAAAAAAADsM/hZvLcLcyRjM/s320/DSCN7101.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;A questo punto decido di trasformare le poltiglie orrende in un ottimo sugo alle zucchine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ricomincio di nuovo... faccio un leggero soffritto di cipolla, poi aggiungo l'orrida poltiglia e infine verso della passata di pomodoro circa 1/3 di bottiglia... allungo con un pochino di acqua per rendere il sugo più fluido e poi ho lasciato cuocere coperto. Questa volta, però, senza togliere gli occhi dalla pentola &lt;strong&gt;:-)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;ad&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;un altro disastro questa volta non avrei potuto porre rimedio.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Archiviato il riso, ho ripiegato sulle mezze penne. Una volta scolate ho versato il sugo nella pentola ed ho aggiunto il parmigiano. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Nonostante le peripezie il risultato è stato eccellente... da compimenti!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Insomma, pasticci a parte, un piatto di rifare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dimenticavo! Il risultato devo dire è stato decisamente soddisfacente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Per prima cosa ho diviso le melanzane a metà, poi le ho svuotate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ho messo la polpa d melanzana nel frullatore ed ho aggiunto per ogni melanzana una patata, 3 funghi, tre cucchiai di salsa di pomodoro, sale e olio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dopo aver frullato tutto ho riempito con questo composto le melanzane, ho aggiunto delle fettine di fungo, un filo d'olio ed ho messo in forno caldo. Quanto non mi ricordo, ma quando sono pronte si capisce ad occhio. Ho provato anche a coltivarle, ma tra i merli e le lumache, le mie raccolte sono sempre piuttosto scarse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Così non mi resta che comprarle. Oggi ho fatto un tiramisù &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;500 g fragole, il succo di 1 limone, 4 cucchiai zucchero e un po' di limoncello (fatto da me) e ovviamente i savoiardi, 250 g di mascarpone 2 uova, 1 panna&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Per prima cosa bisogna preparare le fragole,che vanno fatte a pezzetti e lasciate almeno 5 ore a macerare con 2 cucchiai di zucchero, il succo del limone e il liquore. Lasciarle cosi per 5/6 ore fino a quando le fragole avranno tirato fuori tanto succo togliete la frutta. Sgocciolando bene. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A questo punto iniziate a montare la panna, e gli albumi montati a neve .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A parte sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, quindi unire il mascarpone e amalgamare bene, a questo punto aggiungere gli albuni e la panna.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Il succo delle fragole vi serve per inzuppare i savoiardi con i quali farete un primo strato in una pirofila. A questo punto inizia il bello... coprite con uno strato di crema e con metà delle fragole. Ora secondo strato, savoiardi, crema e fragole. Lo so che a questo punto vi verrebbe voglia di affondare subito il cucchiaio in questa delizia... ma è troppo presto. A metà cottura ho aggiunto i funghi tagliati a lamelle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;A parte ho lavorato la ricotta con un uovo. Poi ho aggiunto sale, pepe e le verdure intiepidite. Con questo composto ho farcito quattro rettangoli di pasta sfoglia che poi ho ripiegato a formare dei fagottini che ho cotto in forno fino a doratura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dimenticavo, prima di infornare ho spennellato la superficie con un tuorlo d'uovo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ottimi, soprattutti se mangiati freddi. In realtà la mia avversione per le cipolle crude era stata trasferita alle cipolle in generale. Per far pace con questa delizia sono dovuta arrivare a Parigi, avevo 16 anni e non capivo una parola di francese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Visto che ho sempre avuto poca simpatia per la carne, a cena mi sono avvicinata alle zuppe, ne ho vista una dall'aria invitante e mi sono servita. Mentre mangiavo una mia compagna di viaggio mi ha detto "Hai sentito che buona la zuppa di cipolle?" Non ci potevo credere... IO STAVO MANGIANDO CIPOLLEEEEE!!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Le cipolle crude continuo a non mangiarle, quelle cotte ogni tanto sono protagoniste di qualche mio pasticcio culinario. Appena le ho viste appassite ho aggiunto un bicchiere di vino bianco. Le ho fatte cuocere ancora fino alla quasi completa evaporazione del vino... a quel punto avrei dovuto aggiungere il brodo.... panico!!!! Mi sono ricordata improvvisamente che avevo finito il dado e che non avrei potuto mettere nulla nell'acqua che stava bollendo in attesa di trasformarsi in brodo.... tutto questo alle 19,50!!!! Ho preso la macchina ed ho raggiunto rapidamente il supermercato... la serranda era già semiabbassta. Sono entrata spedita, ho conquistato lo scaffale giusto ed ho comprato il mio dado granulare vegetale appena in tempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;A questo punto, ovviamente ho preparato il brodo e l'ho aggiunto alle cipolle. Simo spiega che ha aggiunto farina, ma non sa esattamente quanta. Io ho fatto tesoro di quanto ha detto e nell'aggiungere la farina ho tenuto d'occhio il peso, alla fine ho usato 200 gr di farina. Quella farina per tanto tempo ha rappresentato per le popolazioni di montagna una preziosa fonte di alimentazione. Le trovo veramente disgustose... mangiarle, toccarle, sentirne l'odore... lo trovo terribile.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ricordo che da bambina quando leggevo Pinocchio non rimanevo tanto "schifata" dal fatto che mangiasse la buccia e il torsolo della pera... quanto dal fatto che mangiasse le pere!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Nonostante questo oggi mi sono cimentata nella marmellata di pere. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;E' un regalo... e il beneficiario per meritarsela ha dovuto sbucciare &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;1,200 Kg pere&lt;/span&gt;, tagliarle a pezzetti e metterle in una terrina. A questo punto, visto che non serviva più toccarle, sono intervenuta io: ho aggiunto &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;1 cucchiano di cannella&lt;/span&gt;, il &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;succo di due limoni&lt;/span&gt; A volte cucino anche cose che non mangio, ma ovviamente preferisco cimentarmi con i miei ingredienti preferiti. Primi in assoluto la pasta e il riso. Mi piacciono molto le torte salate e i formaggi, ma a causa di una lieve intolleranza cerco di evitarli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Non mangio carne, ma non sono vegetariana, mangio il pesce (che però non so cucinare) e un po' di pollo, ma raramente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Le mie verdure preferite sono carciofi, zucchine e melanzane. Così mischiando un po' di ingredienti ho fatto una buonissima torta salata. Per prima cosa ho cotto le melanzane in padella con un pochino di olio e acqua. Poi le ho frullate, ho aggiunto la ricotta, il parmigiano, l'uovo e il sale. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ho frullato ancora poi ho versato questo composto cremoso al centro della pasta sfoglia che nel frattempo avevo messo in una teglia tonda da forno. Gli avevo chiesto che dolce preferiva e lui mi ha detto "una torta morbida, con pezzi di frutta secca, un po' di mele e tanta uvetta".&lt;/span&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Bene, è quello che ho preparato. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Per prima cosa ho tagliato &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;2 mele&lt;/span&gt; a dadini, ho ridotto a pezzi la frutta secca (&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;noci, mandorle e nocciole&lt;/span&gt;) ed ho messo &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;l'uvetta &lt;/span&gt;in ammollo nel &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;rum&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/SUGODH8-E8I/AAAAAAAADZk/2twcxgcXFbw/s1600-h/DSCN6796.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278656422580458434" style="FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/SUGODH8-E8I/AAAAAAAADZk/2twcxgcXFbw/s320/DSCN6796.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;A questo punto ho montato &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;3 uova &lt;/span&gt;con &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;200 grammi di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;, quindi ho aggiunto un bicchiere scarso di &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;olio di semi&lt;/span&gt;. Successivamente &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;400 grammi di farina&lt;/span&gt;, una bustina di &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;lievito &lt;/span&gt;e una di &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;vanillina&lt;/span&gt;. Ho ammorbidito il tutto con due dita di latte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Una volta amalgamato bene il composto ho aggiunto la frutta ed ho infornato per circa mezz'ora a 200 gradi. Non appena la "prova stecchino" ha dato esito favorevole ho spento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Il risultato è stato sorprendente. Ho aggiunto il sale e amalgamato bene, poi ho sistemato ciascun composto su dei rettangoli di pasta sfoglia precedentemente preparata. A questo punto va aggiunta una cipolla tritata, uno spicchio d'aglio (io che odio l'aglio non l'ho messo), un cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato, un cucchiaino di cumino macinato, uno di coriandolo macinato, un po' di peperoncino e un cucchiaino di levito di birra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;A questo punto si trito nuovamente tutto e si trasferisce il composto, coperto, in frigo per una mezzora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Trascorsi i 30 minuti è ora di fare le polepettine. Tutto è pronto per il tuffo nell'olio, ovvero la fase di frittura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;I miei falafel erano un po' troppo pieni di prezzemolo... e dalla foto si vede anche troppo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Comunque buoni. Io uso quello vegetale in polvere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"&gt;Quando le verdure sono quasi cotte e ancora croccanti, aggiunto lo zafferano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"&gt;Nel frattempo ho fatto cuocere la pasta e la ripasso in padella con le verdure. Nel frattempo ho versato il tonno in una ciotola e l'ho sminuzzato, poi ho aggiunto i fagiolini tagliati a &lt;a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/SFKSL8xanfI/AAAAAAAABwE/ralPimnl2w0/s1600-h/gnocchetti+tonno+pesto+(6).JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5211388452810694130" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_9XIdII8ii9s/SFKSL8xanfI/AAAAAAAABwE/ralPimnl2w0/s320/gnocchetti+tonno+pesto+(6).JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;pezzetti e il pesto mescolando bene.
